Refund & Return Policy – Bee Expressable

We hope you love your Bee Expressable purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only unused, undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible.
  • Digital/downloadable resources and customized items are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (due to their unique nature)
  • Opened or used therapy kits
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Printable resources or digital files

3. Customized Orders – Advance Payment Policy

  • All custom orders (e.g., personalized PECS kits, sensory boxes, or made-to-order therapy tools) require 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
  • If the second half is not paid within 7 days of completion notice, the order may be cancelled, and the initial amount will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a return (for eligible items), email or text at +923087035353 with your order number and reason.
  • Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
